ENGAGEMENT CASE STUDY

A leading online real estate marketplace came to Deutsch with a problem but no clear solution: how to maintain engagement with customers even after they find and purchase the house they came to to the site find. To develop a series of possible solutions, we launched a 10-day “invention sprint.” Working on a 5 person team that included UX, analytics and strategy—we came up with a proposal of  7 possible solutions—ideas that included apps, a VR tool and an awards program—that we could recommend for further development. Represented here are three different app proposals.

Healthy Hood proposed an app that would help users connect with neighbors to develop community engagement on activities and projects that would help drive up neighborhood real-estate values.

Hot Home/Not Home proposed an app that would help users engage with their home ownership by  using market trends combined with personal taste, to help homeowners decorate in ways that were proven to increase home value.

Home Hero proposed an app to help home-owners budget and organize home-improvement projects.
