I’m Laura Bernstein, I am a Graphic Designer and Art Director based in Los Angeles. Most recently I had the honor of being a member of the Digital (Design) team at Hillary for America in Brooklyn, NY, where I led “Big Moment” projects for battleground states. Previously I was a Digital Designer at Deutsch where I helped develop digital content solutions for a variety of brands including, Zillow, 7UP, Taco Bell and Georgia Pacific. Prior to working in advertising I was the lead Digital Designer at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), exploring ways that visitors interact with art and museums, both on- and off-site. I have an MFA in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), where my studies focused on internet culture and designing for a digital age. Outside of work, I am one of the founders of Confetti Confidential, a collage collective. I also work with numerous artists and arts organizations consulting on design, digital strategy, and ways to share art through the Internet. My practice is located between new and old media and centered on collaboration, sharing, and discovery. I am originally from New York, but now live and work in Los Angeles.
